Environment & Technology Verification (ETV) Programme

Role Overview

The Associate Manager – ETV will support the execution and delivery of the ETV programme across technology validation, ecosystem development, and commercialisation activities. The role is execution-focused, offering exposure to global technologies, FOAK demonstrations, and large-scale deployment pathways under the guidance of senior programme leadership.


This role is ideal for professionals seeking to build deep expertise in technology commercialisation, market entry, and industrial scale-up in India and other emerging markets.

Key Responsibilities

Technology Programme Execution

  • Support enrolment and onboarding of technology companies into the ETV programme.

  • Assist in managing technologies across validation, demonstration, and scale-up stages.

  • Coordinate day-to-day execution of assigned workstreams within the ETV lifecycle.

Market & Technical Assessment

  • Support technology validation for India and emerging markets, including data collection and analysis.

  • Assist in TRL / CRL assessments, documentation, and scoring exercises.

  • Conduct research on technology performance, cost benchmarks, and localisation potential.

Ecosystem & Partner Coordination

  • Support engagement with OEMs, supply-chain partners, EPC players, and service providers.

  • Assist in mapping and developing India-based manufacturing and delivery ecosystems.

  • Coordinate with project development teams to align technology deployment with project requirements.

FOAK & NOAK Support

  • Support structuring and execution of FOAK demonstration projects, including timelines, partners, and reporting.

  • Assist in documentation and replication planning for NOAK scaling.

Commercial & IP Support

  • Assist in developing technology monetisation models and commercial deployment options.

  • Support IP documentation, licensing discussions, and programme-level governance processes.

Reporting & Communication

  • Prepare programme reports, presentations, and stakeholder updates.

  • Support senior managers in external engagements, workshops, and programme reviews.

Qualifications & Eligibility

  • Experience:  Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in technology, consulting, infrastructure, manufacturing, climate-tech, or related sectors.

  • Education:

    • Undergraduate degree in Engineering or Science (mandatory)

    • Postgraduate qualification: MBA / MSc / MTech (mandatory)

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Foundational understanding of technology commercialisation and scale-up concepts.

  • Familiarity with TRL / CRL frameworks and emerging technology evaluation.

  • Strong analytical and research capabilities.

  • Good understanding of supply chains, OEM structures, and industrial ecosystems.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong presentation and documentation skills.

  • Solid project coordination and time-management capabilities.

  • Ability to work in multi-disciplinary, fast-paced environments.

  • Flexible: Other Indian cities for the right candidate
