Introducing Bharatia Intelligence

Sector and country intelligence connecting technology, markets, policy, finance and partnerships

The world does not lack ideas, technologies or capital. What is often missing is the intelligence, connections and implementation pathways needed to turn them into markets, projects and impact.

Today, Bharatia is launching Bharatia Intelligence — a new series of sector and country-focused publications designed to examine the developments, technologies, markets and partnerships shaping the next generation of impact.

The series reflects how Bharatia itself works: at the intersection of technology, policy, markets, commercial models, finance and implementation.

Rather than looking at these areas independently, Bharatia Intelligence will explore how they come together — how an emerging technology becomes commercially relevant; how policy can create or constrain a market; how new commercial and financial models can unlock deployment; how projects move from first-of-a-kind implementation towards scale; and how partnerships across countries and institutions can accelerate that journey.

Sector Intelligence

The first pillar of Bharatia Intelligence will provide dedicated coverage across eight sectors central to sustainable development and economic transformation:

Water | Energy | Waste | Agriculture | Mobility | Nature | Built Environment | Advanced Manufacturing

Each publication will combine strategic analysis with practical intelligence from the market.

We will examine the Grand Challenges facing each sector; emerging and proven technology classes capable of addressing them; the commercial and financial models required for deployment; implementation experiences from cities, utilities, industry and infrastructure; and the pathways through which promising solutions can move from demonstration to widespread adoption.

The objective is not simply to report developments. It is to understand what is required to make solutions work in the real world — technically, commercially and institutionally.

The series will also bring together market intelligence, projects, policy developments, investment, field observations, interviews and perspectives from practitioners working across the ecosystem.

SITE Network Intelligence

The second pillar will look outward — connecting India with innovation ecosystems around the world through Bharatia's

SITE Networks: Science, Innovation, Technology and Economics.

The first SITE Intelligence publications will cover:

Bulgaria | Denmark | Finland | Iceland | Norway | Slovenia | Sweden | United Kingdom

Each country publication will explore the evolving relationship with India through the lens of science, innovation, technology, economics, projects, investment and partnerships.

India represents one of the world's largest emerging markets for infrastructure, technology and sustainable development. At the same time, countries around the world possess technologies, specialist capabilities, research, capital and industrial expertise with significant potential for deployment at Indian scale.

SITE Intelligence will examine where those capabilities intersect.

That means going beyond conventional bilateral trade reporting. We will explore specific opportunities for technology commercialisation, industrial partnerships, first-of-a-kind projects, research collaboration, investment and market creation — and the people and institutions capable of making those opportunities happen.

The underlying proposition is simple: solve critical problems together.

From intelligence to action

Bharatia Intelligence is being designed as more than a collection of newsletters.

Across both Sector and SITE publications, we want to connect ideas with opportunities, technologies with markets, projects with capital, and organisations with potential partners.

Some editions will investigate major challenges. Others will explore emerging technologies, new markets, innovative financing structures or implementation models. Some will highlight bilateral opportunities that have yet to be developed.

Others will examine projects and partnerships already moving from concept towards deployment and scale.

The publications will also provide a platform for practitioners across government, industry, academia, technology, finance and civil society to contribute experience and perspective.

And this is only the beginning.

Bharatia's sector coverage will continue to expand as our work develops across new areas of impact. The SITE Network will similarly grow as new country corridors are established, creating an increasingly connected platform between India and innovation ecosystems globally.

A growing intelligence platform

The first editions of Bharatia Intelligence launch in September 2026, beginning with Water Intelligence and the India–Slovenia SITE Network, followed by Energy, Waste, Agriculture and the first group of Nordic and European SITE Networks.

Further sector and country publications will follow.

Through them, we want to ask practical questions: What are the problems that matter? Which technologies can solve them? Where are the markets? What commercial models can make them viable? How should they be financed? Who needs to work together? And, ultimately, how do we move from innovation to implementation and scale?

That is the territory Bharatia Intelligence will explore.

Technology. Markets. Policy. Innovation. Commercial Models. Finance. Partnerships.

From intelligence to action.
